Addleshaw Goddard Directors are:

Martin Gaskin
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Martin is a member of the firm's Executive Leadership Team and works with the Managing Partner and Senior Partner on all aspects of the firm's strategic direction and day to day management of the business, with particular responsibility for the financial aspects of the operations.

Martin, a Chartered Accountant and MBA, joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2002 after over 15 years' experience in practice and with Unilever and HBOS plc.



 

Judith Hardy
Human Resources Director

Judith Hardy is Addleshaw Goddard's Director of Human Resources and a member of the firm's Management Committee. Her main areas of responsibility include HR strategy and culture change, performance enhancement, reward strategies and talent management programmes. Addleshaw Goddard's commitment to an inclusive and open culture is supported by HR policies and programmes designed to encourage each member of the firm to develop their potential and contribution to the full.

Judith joined the firm in 2002. Her professional background includes wide ranging and international exposure within blue chip knowledge-based organisations. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and a Fellow of the RSA. 

Gina Heffron
Operations Director

 

Gina Heffron was appointed as Operations Director in October 2009  having had over nine years experience with the firm within change management and business development.  She is responsible for the firm's overall Operations strategy including IT and Facilities. Her background includes strategic business development roles with professional services firms and blue chip financial services organisations.
 

Geraint Harries
Knowledge & Learning Director

Geraint is a Partner in the firm and has recently assumed the role of Knowledge & Learning Director, which seems him overseeing all aspects of training, information services and knowledge resources within the firm. Directing the firm's knowledge and learning activity through the services provided to the firm and its clients, the goal of the K&L Directorate is the creation of a knowledge and learning environment which enables our clients and our people to succeed and flourish and which identifies the firm as a natural choice for talent. 

Geraint has been with the firm throughout his career, becoming a Partner in the Corporate Division in 2003.

Juliet Tainui
Director of Risk

Juliet Tainui joined the firm in June 2009 as our first Director of Risk.  She has assumed responsibility for the management of our regulatory compliance and professional practice risk, working together with our Professional Practice and Risk Committee.  She is also responsible for directing the firm's Central Compliance Team.  

Juliet is qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand, Australia (New South Wales), England and Wales.  Since 2002 she has held risk management and compliance positions with two magic circle firms and one international firm in Asia and the UK.
